| 1 | Take charge of the production department in general to achieve the company’s operative and financial goals. |
| 2 | Adjust the formulas for the existing and approved new products as prescribed by Lab Chemist team. |
| 3 | Draw up a production schedule according to the sales demand and inventory level. |
| 4 | Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. |
| 5 | Set up the standards of operation, production process programs and quality standards and ensure to implement. |
| 6 | Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify the training needs. |
| 7 | Monitor productivity rates and ensure the production to be cost effective. |
| 8 | Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for management use. |
| 9 | Determine and put advance request for necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) |
| 10 | Enforce health and safety precautions. |
| Desired Skillsets | |
| 1 | Graduation in Chemistry. |
| 2 | No less than 6 years of relevant work experience with supervisor/in-charge position. |
| 3 | Planning and organizing skills to be able to run and monitor the production process. |
| 4 | Be able to act decisively and solve production and/or equipment related problems. |
| 5 | The ability to work under pressure and multitask. |
| 6 | Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to achieve the targets. |
| 7 | Experience in soap and detergent manufacturing factory as Production In-charge. |
| 8 | Pro-active and reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies: Teamwork, Taking responsibility, recognize challenges, adaptability,customer focus, team engagement. |
