| Job Overview: | |
| We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Executive to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end packaging process, ensure adherence to quality standards, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and maintain packaging inventory. | |
| Role & responsibilities | |
| Monitor and supervise daily packaging operations on the shop floor. | |
| Ensure all products are packed accurately, safely, and as per quality guidelines. | |
| Check and verify packaging materials and labels before use. | |
| Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely movement of finished goods. | |
| Maintain records of packaging materials usage and stock levels. | |
| Assist in implementation of packaging process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. | |
| Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols. | |
| Provide training and guidance to packaging staff/workers as needed. | |
| Required Skills and Competencies | |
| B. Tech or Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Packaging Technology/Industrial Engineering). | |
| 1–4 years of relevant experience in packaging operations, preferably in FMCG, detergent, or similar manufacturing industries. | |
| Good understanding of packaging materials, machinery, and quality control standards. | |
| Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. | |
| Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email). |
