| Key Responsibilities: | |
| 1. User Support: | |
| Assist users with ERP system queries (Business Central). | |
| Resolve functional issues and provide solutions for better usage. | |
| 2. User Training: | |
| Conduct training sessions for end-users. | |
| Develop training materials and user guides. | |
| 3. User Assistance: | |
| Support users in utilizing complex ERP features. | |
| Provide expertise on best practices and system capabilities. | |
| 4. System Customization: | |
| Customize ERP functionalities to align with business processes. | |
| Assist in the configuration of new modules or features. | |
| 5. Collaboration: | |
| Work closely with business teams to understand their needs. | |
| Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support and enhancements. | |
| Skills: | |
| Strong knowledge of ERP system functionalities. | |
| Good communication and training skills. | |
